Spend Saturday at the Farm!

The Saturday at the farm program offers children ages 6-14 the opportunity to have a hands-on experience with our horses and ponies. Each child receives a riding lesson on a horse or pony best suited to their ability and riding skills. In addition to their lesson, they also spend time learning horsemanship skills – from proper grooming and care of the horse, to how to correctly use tack and equipment.

Children will also get to enjoy meeting our other farm animals - sheep, goats, and an alpaca!

Saturdays 10AM - 2PM
$50 + Tax (per child)
Payment due monthly in advance

What to bring

  • Breeches or long pants (ex. leggings — NO jeans)

  • Riding boots or footwear with a small heel (ex. rain boots — NO running shoes)

  • Weather appropriate clothing (ex. jacket, hat, gloves in winter)

  • Helmet (can be provided if needed)

  • Water and lunch

  • Sunscreen and bug spray (in the summer)

  • Gloves*

  • Riding vest*
